Pet Health & Safety

Dogs showing signs of contagious illness, severe distress, unsafe behavior, or other health or safety concerns may have their appointment rescheduled, modified, or discontinued.

Emergency veterinary care may be recommended when a pet's condition requires medical attention.

Giving Back Program

Complimentary grooming offered through the Holden Paws Giving Back Program is a voluntary community service.

Free grooming for qualifying shelter dogs, rescue dogs, and seniors age 80+ with qualifying physical limitations or disabilities is subject to eligibility, location, scheduling, available space, and service limitations.

Shelter and rescue services are generally performed at the organization's facility. Approved in-home senior grooming services are provided only when scheduling and location permit.

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or an appointment. Holden Paws Dog Grooming may establish limits on the number or type of complimentary services provided each year.

Promotions, Discounts & Member Perks

Discounts, promotions, Member Perks, and special offers may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, limitations, or exclusions. Offers may be changed or discontinued at any time unless otherwise required by law.

By scheduling and accepting grooming services from Holden Paws Dog Grooming, the pet owner acknowledges and agrees that pets receiving services may be photographed and/or video recorded before, during, and after grooming.

Photos and recordings may be used by Holden Paws Dog Grooming for legitimate business purposes, including grooming education, professional training, documenting grooming techniques and results, before-and-after comparisons, website content, social media, advertising, promotional materials, and other marketing purposes.

Images and videos will focus on the pet and grooming process. Holden Paws Dog Grooming will make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying personally identifying information belonging to the pet owner, including home addresses, personal documents, telephone numbers, or other private information.

The pet owner grants Holden Paws Dog Grooming permission to photograph and record their pet and to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, and distribute those photographs and recordings for the purposes described above without compensation.

Because photography and video are used as part of our education, training, documentation, and marketing practices, photographing and/or recording pets may be a condition of receiving grooming services.
